(Please read the following carefully, there will be no exceptions)

NYDOS & NYDFS Disclaimer:


The New York State Department and the New York State Department of Financial Services have set mandatory attendance policies for all classes Leap Edu offers. Each course requires a specific amount of hours, sections, and modules to be fulfilled. Students must fulfill these necessary requirements to receive full credit. If these specific hours, sections, and modules are not attended the student will be required to make up the course. If the necessary  Real Estate Salesperson classes are past the allowed course completion window an extension fee will apply.

NYS 75-hour Salesperson Rolling Course Attendance Policy:


All students who register for the 75 hour course must attend the classes within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. If student fails to attend thirty (30) day from their date of registration, an extension Fee of $30.00 will be applied in order to begin attend classes.  Any student attending the NYS 75-hour Salesperson Pre-licensing Rolling course who have purchased the Rookie package have fifty (50) days from the first attended class to complete the rollings course. Those who have purchased the Pro / All-Star packages have one hundred (100) days from the first attended class to complete the rolling course. Any student(s) failing to complete the above referenced packages within their respective time period which includes completing all Salesperson modules and School exam will be subject to incurring additional fees.

NYS 75-hour Salesperson Rolling Course Completion Requirements:


In order to complete the NYS Salesperson Rolling course, all classes (SP1 – SP20) and School exam associated with the NYS 75-hour Salesperson Rolling course must be completed to avoid any extension fee’s. Please read your package content carefully for there will be no exceptions made to the extension fee.

NYS 75-hour Salesperson Accelerated Course Attendance Policy:


All students must attend 75-hours in class with an exception of 10% (7.5 Hours) absences. Classes start at the scheduled time displayed online, lateness past twenty (20) minutes will result in an absence and student will not receive credit for the specific module taught that day.

NYS 75-hour Salesperson Accelerated Course Completion Requirements:


In order to complete the NYS Salesperson Rolling course, all classes (SP1 – SP20) and School exam associated with the NYS 75-hour Salesperson Rolling course must be completed to avoid any extension fee’s. Please read your package content carefully for there will be no exceptions made due to negligence on the student behalf. All students must complete and pass (Passing is 70%) all School exam associated with the NYS 75-hour Salesperson Accelerated course in order to receive a certificate of completion.

Monthly Extension Fee:


The monthly extension fee will allow students to keep all their course attendance relevant until they are able to continue and complete the course. Students have the option of leaving a credit card on file or paying retroactively. Failure to pay Extension fee will result in the loss of previous attendance.

Exam Failure:


Any Students who fail the School exam on their fourth (4) try will be required to repeat all twenty (20) Salesperson modules. If student is within their respected time period in which the package provides they will be allowed to repeat classes without incurring any fee’s. If time period has expired student will have to pay an Extension fee.

Leap EDU Course Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations:


  • Program Cancellation by Leap EDU: Leap education retains the right to cancel
    any course three (3) days prior to the start date based on enrollment. In the rare
    event that this occurs, students will be given the option to receive a full refund or
    School credit to another course of the same monetary value. If Leap Edu, Inc.
    cancels a course subsequent to a student’s enrollment, Leap Edu, Inc. will refund
    all monies paid by the student or provide the student with the option to transfer
    the monies to another class.
  •  Student Cancellation Prior to the Start of Class or No Show: If an applicant
    accepted by Leap Edu cancels prior to the start of scheduled classes or never
    attends class (no-show), Leap Edu, Inc. will refund all monies paid.

  • Student Cancellation Period After the Start of Class: A student who withdraws
    within the first 10% time lapsed of any course, Leap Edu, Inc. considers the
    student as a cancelation and will refund all monies except the cost of the ebook
    or textbook if already redeemed. Any student who completes 10% or more of any
    course and then withdraws, shall forfeit all monies paid except the cost of the
    ebook or textbook if already redeemed.
  • Ebooks and textbooks are not refundable once redeemed (a code was provided
    for an ebook or a textbook has been given to the student.

School Credit:


  • School credit may only be applied to the same course of a later date.
  • School credit will have an expiration date of 180-days from the date issued.
  • School credit may be transferred to another student.
  • School credit transfers may be subject to a 15% Processing & Registration Fee.

Refund:


  • All refunds are subject to a 15% Processing Fee.
  • All refunds may take up to 7 – 10 business days to be approved.
  • All refunds are subject to be denied.
  • All Credit Card refunds must be refunded to its original card it was purchased on.
  • Any cash refunds will be distributed in the form of a Company Check.

Cancellation Policy:

Document Policy:


School Certificates are issued at the time of course completion and can reissued for a $15 fee.
